Catherine Rush, a Yoga Therapist, lives and works in the Philadelphia area where she is a teacher of voice, acting and yoga, and is also a practicing Yoga Therapist. Originally from Syracuse, NY, she is a retired public school music and theater teacher who worked in various NYS school districts for over 30 years. While in Central NY she was an avid theater performer, church musician, and private voice teacher.
Catherine enjoys combining the yogic aspects of mind-body-spirit with voice and movement and she offers both one on one sessions and small group workshops for all ages. Her sessions are done remotely via zoom, but she hopes to be able to offer in person sessions as well starting in 2021.
She is a member of the following organizations:

Theater Educators’ Association).
She received her RYT 500 certification in 2017 and completed her 850 hour Yoga Therapy training in June of 2020.
